Ultra light cook­ing using the Wicky-Do stove

I need some tips for the col­ors I should use for makeup (eyes and lips). I have very fair/light skin with some freck­les. My eyes are green. And my hair is dyed dark red on the top then under­neath a dark brown (but you can’t really see the dark brown under­neath, its mostly dark red) I don’t have huge lips, but they’re not skinny… just in the mid­dle. I like the “punk” look. I usu­ally wear a lot of eye­liner and mas­cara. Also, im four­teen, if that helps.

Was won­der­ing if any­one had sug­ges­tions for foun­da­tion, lip color, and/or eyeshadow/liner for fair-skinned folks like me? :)

I’m espe­cially inter­ested in lip color sug­ges­tions; I’m 22 and have never been big on lip­stick but would like to find a color that flat­ters me.
