i have army green/ brown eyes, im semi-tan and very blonde hair. whats some good makeup to use?

Hi(: I have green eyes and I need some ideas for sim­ple eye makeup to do for school. The only thing is that with my eyes, my for­head kind of hangs over my eye­lids so its hard to have eye­liner, and eye­shadeow and see both. It can’t really have much to do with me hav­ing to go buy some spe­cial thing either. It should be sim­ple because I dont like wear­ing exces­sive and extrav­a­gant makeup, so cute, sim­ple, makeup ideas for greeneyes (:
