I have fair skin, light freckles, dark hair and green eyes…makeup help?

Was won­der­ing if any­one had sug­ges­tions for foun­da­tion, lip color, and/or eyeshadow/liner for fair-skinned folks like me? :)

I’m espe­cially inter­ested in lip color sug­ges­tions; I’m 22 and have never been big on lip­stick but would like to find a color that flat­ters me.

What makeup looks good with green eyes, pale skin, and some freckles?

Like does any­one have any makeup tips to enhance my green eyes? Like what color eye shadow should I use? Glit­ter? Eyeliner?
