@lillupiyo thats gym jones…hes exclusive not open to just anyone he focuses on Military personel even then mainly sof guys and then in this case a cast from 300 i’d guess for a pay check
@lillupiyo You dont need a Gym. Start off simple, like buying a kettle bell, which can be used for multiple muscle groups. The core muscles being the most important. Look at some of the vids on Y/T that involve simple routines. your body can be a good “wieght” until you are needing more demanding, isolated workouts. Always remember though that your muscle tissue grows while in a resting state, so training 6 days a week is more likely to get you injured than ripped!
He uses some of the same ideas but he trains elite athletes all day long. I’m a Crossfitter myself, but if you check out the training schedule at his website, you realize Gym Jones is just way beyond anything most Crossfitters could do.
bc what the miliotary does (for the elite forces anyway) is 50 times harder. an elite force military man could literally kill any guy in this movie with their bare hands in under 30 seconds
“where he got all his ideas before severing all ties” haha yeah OK then, Greg Glassman used to piggy back Mark Twight up all those mountain pre– CrossFit then?
Greg Glassman said “Gym Jones is a really great programme.…I designed it .“Crossfit is the foundation that Gym Jones is built upon..and in my opinion the wod is a sport..Crossfit is a sport…high intensity constantly varied functional movements performed across broad time and modal domains.
I think Gym Jones was started because the CrossFit has started to become a “sport” unto itself, with guys competing for best times. The WOD isn’t a sport, its preparation for an ACTUAL sport or event…MMA, Climbing, Jiu-Jitsu, etc… anyway, thats why I think Mark went his own way with GJ.

I agree if they did this to the military or possibly just the higher end such as elite/special forces.
It is so good for when your out in the field pulling your weight up and jumping etc.
forfaka
If you want to train go to TAHUICHI.
Theplaymaker127
