Depends on your calorie intake and activity level. If you are eating 5000 calories a day, 30–45 minutes of cardio will not get the job done. In general, 1 hour a day, 5 days a week should be enough.
To maintain weight it’s best to get about three hours a week. To lose, it should be five. Lifting weights is very important to maintaining weight because our muscles become less dense as we age. Women lose ten percent of muscle mass per year after the age of 27. We need muscle density to burn fat. We also need to maintain flexibility so that we are less prone to injury when we are active. Developing good core strength is also very important. Don’t focus on just cardio to maintain health and fitness.

I was maintaining my boxing body by doing 30–40 minutes of cardio each day.
Now as I’m body building I do only 1 hour 1 day a week.
Depends on what you are defining “healthy” weight as.
You should at least be doing 30 minutes each time you do cardio.
