What kind of cardio exercise can i do thats even more effective than running on the soft sand of a beach?
I run almost everyday, so I’m worried that my body might get used to running so I won’t burn as many calories as I did when I started to run. So what other cardio excercises burn as many calories and get you in good shape that I can do. I want to get in shape for summer!

good for you. you could ride your bike on the beach or do yoga or tai chi

Running on the beach is excellent !!!! Have you tried running bleachers ???? They as well are an awesome calorie burner and overall lower body work out :)

You are correct.…your body WILL become used to the same cardio, day after day, just as it does to the same strenght training exercises, day after day.
A fun alternative is biking (if you like the outdoors) or the StairMaster (if weather pushes you indoors) . Both really target the quads and hams and burn a TON of calories. Try either or, or both for a week, then run for 2 or 3 days (sounds like you really enjoy the running) then go back to biking/StairMaster for 4 or 5 days and watch for some great results!
