How can I get proper nutrition as a college vegetarian student?

I’m on a 5-day meal plan, and i live in a dorm(microwave, fridge). So i need some food ideas for on the weekend, that are easy and convenient. Also I’m concerned about making sure I’m getting all the proper & needed nutrition. Budget friendly ideas would be awesome as well!
Thanks

Take a good multivitamin every morning and don’t forget to keep nutritious drinks like milk (or soy milk?) in your fridge.

Are students allowed to use the dorm kitchen? I have an anpartment now, but we could use the dorm kitchen and I’d make up stuff like veggie chili, rice and beans etc. I mostly supplimented my dorm meals with: trail mix pb&j, fresh fruit and veggies,

Probably the best suggestion I have for you is the to go buy the PETA College Vegan Handbook. I know, it’s vegan, but you can very easily sub real cheese for the vegan cheese they suggest in many of the recipes. All of the recipes are cheap and the nice thing is that none require a stove. You can do it all in the microwave. It is geared specifically to college kids…or lazy career people. You can find it on amazon here.
