These are begging exercises. Flexibility and power is the backbone of Shaolin. Advanced goes into Qi Gong and Tong Zi Gong.
This are great Lesson for a Warm up before a Traing lesson .
This is basic Shaolin training, you cover everything here as soon as you start.
for beginners no way. not a chance beginners could do this until they reach a certain level
