Shaolin Workout — Volume 1 Beginners

For the first time, the Shaolin Tem­ple is brought directly to your liv­ing room. The exer­cises you will learn in this DVD are the same exer­cises that are taught to novices at the Shaolin Tem­ple, China. They lead to greater flex­i­bil­ity, unsur­passed fit­ness lev­els and a calm focused mind. You need no prior knowl­edge of mar­tial arts, you can train at your own pace along­side the other stu­dents and dis­ci­ples in the DVD and build up your pace as you get fitter.

    These are beg­ging exer­cises. Flex­i­bil­ity and power is the back­bone of Shaolin. Advanced goes into Qi Gong and Tong Zi Gong.
