I’ve been read­ing a lot about eat­ing a raw food diet, and
i find a lot of what i read interesting–but won­der about the claims made that our bod­ies do bet­ter on raw food than cooked. If any­one has any con­clu­sive sci­en­tific infor­ma­tion

i have hazel-green eyes. some peo­ple say they are green and oth­ers say that they’re just hazel. i can see a turquoise/teal colour on the out­side rim of my iris ( the colour part ) and then a green­ish shade in the mid­dle and then on the inner rim there is a golden cop­per kind of colour. i want to find out what colours of eye makeup (mas­cara, eye­liner, eye­shadow) would make my eyes look big­ger and brighter and make the green in them look MORE greener. iheard that a pur­ple eye­liner or eye­shador or even a bur­gunty pur­ple mas­cara would bring out green eyes, and i heard that green eye­makeup would look gor­geous on them but i dont know because i havent tried it. and i want to find out for sure what looks good and what looks bad so i can have an idea beforei go out and buy it. i have light skin and light-medium brown hair (if this helps). i dont usu­ally wear a lot of makeup any­ways so i want to keep it min­i­mum. oi usu­ally wear golden brown eye­shadow shades and either black or brown mas­cara.….
*also, would any colours of cloth­ing make my eyes appear more green?? any hair­colours etc??

**would green eye­liner look good on the bot­tom lash­line and then a burgunty/mauve colour look good on the top lash­line? and then say a beige eyeshadow??

**any com­bon­a­tions that u think will pop the green in my eyes PLEASE tell me!!
