I sometimes drink “Designer Whey” shakes. You can purchase the big container of whey at GNC for $24. You can jazz up your egg whites like I do, by adding a little sauteed veggies in the omelet, and add it to a whole wheat pita bread. I feel you on the egg issue. But, at least we will be thin and beautiful and not a big fat fat fatty, with nice lean muscles!
A good idea would be to have poached salmon in the morning. If you don’t know what that is, it’s basically salmon but you put into liquid (usually chicken or vegtable stock…) that you had brought to a boil, dropped in the fillet, and reduced to a simmer until fully cooked. trust me, this will fuel you best. If not that, try out some cottage cheese-it always keeps me full until lunch.
One thing that i like and that is really good is cottage cheese ( low fat ) it is high in Protein. if you like it plain good for you, if you are like me.. i add a little bit of yogurt (fruit flavored) a couple of nuts ( almonds. sunflower seeds etc) and even a couple of sliced up strawberries or grapes.. mix it all up, it is really quite good. I also used to make oatmeal and add whey protein to it with some fruit and nuts.. it is all right, and gets the protein content up there. I know what it is like to be sick of eggs, but they are good for you too. Use egg whites, make omelette’s with lots of veggies and some ham etc. Shakes can also make breakfast more interesting once in awhile… hope that helps :) enjoy.…

There’s no law that says you need to eat breakfast food for breakfast. Why not go with somthing like a grilled pork chop and some broccoli?
