Even though I’m 11 years old, my dream is so become a first class chef (fine dining and pastary work). Can someone tell me how I can start to prepare to become a chef without breaking the bank? Like stuff I can easily do at home. It would also be helpful for some recipies I should try. Thank you to everyone who answers.
Also I forgot to add: Could someone give me some tips?
I go for a 45 min walk at lunch time and 15 mins to the train station in the morning and on the way home. Aside for this I don’t do anything. I am not seeking motivation to go to the gym. I have a free gym in the building that I never use as I have the gym. I want to burn more calories and am willing to explore activities or quirky ways to get more steps or movement into my dayI want some ideas.
If you were having a body transplant, Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow would probably be quite high up on your donor wishlist, and they both worhsip Tracy Anderson’s cardio technique. It’s is an all-over body blast, made up of fast paced dance routines to thumping dance tracks. It’s not for beginners, but if you love dancing and already have a fairly good fitness level, she’ll be perfect for you. Tracy’s theory is that reps result in ‘bulking up’, so the varied moves mean the toning and shaping is balanced all over you body. Tracy first breaks down the routines for you to learn, which is a good workout on it’s own, before going into the full paced versions. You can choose to follow her from in front or behind, depending on what’s easiest for you. It’s an advanced workout, but if you are looking for a challenge and quick results, it’s definately worth a try.

So right now I teach Zumba classes (latin/world dance fitness) and I LOVE it.. so much that I’m going to start taking private lessons for ballroom/latin style. They want me to wear heels.. between 2–2.5 in. … I’ve never danced in heels so I’m nervous, but more importantly.… what brands should I buy?? I don’t want to spend a ton of money on this… maybe $75 at most? I found a cute pair http://www.danceshoesonline.com/tags/ls_g1.html i like the style and I can get a cute heel at 2.2″ but are they comforable, how well do they hold up? what other brands would you recommend??
As mentioned, I have hazel-brown eyes. Specifically, I have a medium brown color around the pupil (takes up most of the eye) and a deep forest green colored ring around the outside. Does anyone know how I could do my eye makeup so that the green stands out or how I can make the color of my eyes look lighter? Thank you to all who respond.
