15 comments for the next. 3+ WORDS OR YOUR COMMENT DOESNT COUNT Sorry i had to reupload it because of “copyright claims.” ————————————————————————— *Omniscient POV * The venue door swings open and 3 figures zoom by, followed by a large body guard. As they stop to finally catch their breath, they look at each other. Joe’s hair is sticking up in every direction, the whole front of his shirt is stretched out and has 2 holes in it, and his socks are missing even though his shoes are still on. Nick’s shirt pocket was ripped off and he’s missing a shoe. Kevin’s new shoes are shredded and his scarf is so tight it’s choking him. “Wow…are…fans…are..kinda.…..wow.” Joe said still catching his breath. “They’re very…uhh…enthusiastic?” said Kevin, trying to be optimistic. “Dude, face it. They’ve gone completely insane! And i don’t like it.” Nick said while falling back onto the couch in their dressing room. “I know! Michelle is gunna FREAK when she sees what they did to the clothes she literally just finished putting on us.” Joe worried. All of a sudden dozens of bangs are heard at the door. “AHHHH!!! I LOVE YOU NICK YOUR So0o0o0o0o HOTT!!!! JOE UR HAIR IS AMAZING!!! KEVIN UR SOOO CUTE!!! I LOVE YOU!!!! AHHHHH!!!!” “Oh my god! How did they get back here! Where the hell is Big Rob when you need him?!” Nick yelled with a look of fear in his eyes. “Joe you push against the door so they don’t break it! Nick call Dad and get Big Rob here NOW! I’ll go get the Cheez Wiz!” Kevin ordered while running to the back of the dressing room. “The what?!” Joe asked while running up against the door. “The Cheez Wiz! it shoots out really fast and if they get in here we need something to keep them away.” Kevin said while popping his head out from the back room, as if it was common sense. Finally the banging stopped and the boys started to relax. *Bang bang bang* “AHHH!!” They all screamed. “Guys don’t worry it’s me.” said Big Rob “I just got rid of those girls and it’s safe to come out when you’re ready.” “Oh okay. Thanks” Nick said. “But guys we should go find Michelle and get new clothes before lockdown.” They went to find her and luckily she was carrying spare outfits. They quickly got changed and spent an hour in lockdown. While walking towards the stage… Joe started to do push-ups. “Hopefully no fans will jump on stage tonight, we’ve had enough for one day” Kevin said trying to make his brothers smile. It didn’t work. ‘Whatever. There’s no way im trying that ‘run through the crowd’ stunt again” Nick said shuttering at the memory of feeling so closed in. There was an awkward silence so he lifted his leg up on a bar and started stretching. “Nick, that really didn’t make the awkward silence any less awkward” Joe said while standing up. “You know wha-” he was cut off by his Dad walking up. “It’s show time guys!” Mr. Jonas said jogging up to them. “Thanks Dad” Kevin slurred through his mouthful of mini Butterfingers. “30 seconds” Their Dad said walking away. Nick looked over at the table next to him and found a half-full (or half empty depending on what kind of person u are) Diet Coke. “Oh what the heck” And downed it quickly. They all did their last minute stretches and shakes, and walked onto the lifting floor. *Nick’s POV* I could feel it. The vibrations coming from every direction and working their way into my body. My heart started to beat faster…and faster…and faster. Our heads were finally visible to the audience and the volume got 10 times louder. Thank God for ear plugs. After what seemed like forever, we were up on stage and walking to our positions. I could already feel myself sweating. Garbo handed me my guitar and almost instantly we started playing “That’s Just The Way We Roll” Everything was going great. Both of our voices were warmed up and sounded great. Even Kevin was more hyper than usual. Just what the fans want…just for the fans. I could hear the girls scream. “I LOVE YOU NICK!!!”…*im sure you do.* “OH MY GOD!!!!”…*im really not that great.* “AHHHH!!!”…*Do you not want to hear me sing?* “BRING ME UP ON STAGE!!!”…*NO! What makes you so special?!* Why is this making me so mad? Hearing our fans cheer used to brighten up my day…now it’s pissing me off. What’s happening to me? We were coming up to the chorus again, and all of a sudden my arms started to feel really heavy. My vision started to blur and i got really scared. My head started to ache, and by that time all feeling in my arms was gone. I let my guitar drop to the ground with a loud crash and the whole audience gasped. Joe, Kevin and the band tried to cover for me, but it was no use. Everything started spinning and i was just able to choke out “cause were old enough to know” before falling headfirst down the stairs, and blacking out.

What cardio exercises do you have to do to lose stomach fat?

I have the abs, but I have a small layer of fat on top, how do I make that disappear?
Is there some cardio exercises that would help?
Thank you!
P.S. I am aware that I cannot use target exercises.

what are some good eye make up tips for brown eyes?

i’ve been wearing the same kind of make up for awhile and i just want to try something new. what are some looks i can try? i want to make my eyes seem lighter and bring out the gold in them. also, i like to make my eyes look bigger and less round.

if you know any other looks that might not be specifically for brown eyes or that you think would look good, that would also be helpful.
